Garden Blogger Bloom Day

Here goes the first Garden Blogger Bloom Day of the season. I would say about half of the spring bloomers are out now. Things I am still waiting on are most primula, some daffodils and species tulips.

  3. Awesome pictures. That daffodil is amazing and up until two days ago I would have said I'd never seen one like that before but I spotted the bulbs in the garden centre so they beat you by that much! All the best with the spring garden

  7. Very pretty. I've got my forsythia blooming too - and pansies and daffodils. My bleeding hearts are being really early and have just started to open their buds. I always love those bleeding hearts.

  9. I think I love the early spring blooming flowers the most - because I emotionally need them after a long winter of dark days and cold. The tender fragile beauty offered up by the early blooms is like a spear of sunshine to the soul.
