Iced Oatmeal Applesauce Cookies

This recipe came into our main e-mail address the other day, they looked really good so I made them. It is a great fall cookie that is easy to make and produces a cookie that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I will be making these again very soon as they did not last long.

The recipe can be found on my Mom's baking blog, Canadian Baker Too. You should also check out the Reeses Squares that my Mom made, they were amazing.

  5. skeeter - yes very yummy

granny - I hope you like them!

tina - the icing is the best part, I think I ate half of it right out of the bowl

    michelle - will do

eg - this is the first time making them so I have only tried them with homemade applesauce. I would have used store bought applesauce if I had it on hand.

    dp - thanks
