This recipe came into our main e-mail address the other day, they looked really good so I made them. It is a great fall cookie that is easy to make and produces a cookie that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I will be making these again very soon as they did not last long.The recipe can be found on my Mom's baking blog, Canadian Baker Too. eg - this is the first time making them so I have only tried them with homemade applesauce. I would have used store bought applesauce if I had it on hand.
