I got excited about this post as our family has recently discovered Niagara Falls. We stop there on our way to Maine from Tennessee and have enjoyed each and every visit. The weather is very different from here. Very nice pictures of fireworks.tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17415302577518111227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4359929230952480074.post-68382111504946665002008-09-07T16:33:00.000-04:002008-09-07T16:33:00.000-04:00What wonderful photos! What wonderful photos!Rosannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10571050073065187578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4359929230952480074.post-84044693034307479692008-09-07T10:20:00.000-04:002008-09-07T10:20:00.000-04:00The photos all turned out great..The fire works wa...The photos all turned out great..The fire works was really good..even though it just about gave me a heart attack when they went off right in front of us... I have seen these stakes at lee valley but thought they are just used for beans. I am defiantly going to give them a try next year on my tom's.

Sin - oh how I wish I had that much space too, although then I would need a gardener to help I think.

killerm8r - They did have allot of grass but even with the grass it was still pretty huge veggie patch. I was actually kind of surprised there was no sign saying what compost, technic's etc that they use seeing as it is a tourist attraction.Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743102355360873845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4359929230952480074.post-42924457456632999302008-09-05T14:20:00.000-04:002008-09-05T14:20:00.000-04:00The only bad thing I have to say about the veggie ...The only bad thing I have to say about the veggie garden is "too much grass!"

They could get a lot more veggies if there wasn't so much lawn. But of course it does look extra tidy that way.

I love the Basil Hedge, that's just hilarious.

I wonder what kind of compost/fertilizer they use there.killerm8rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12447175376295164718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4359929230952480074.post-1966756638857207562008-09-05T13:03:00.000-04:002008-09-05T13:03:00.000-04:00Looks great Dan, boy was I drooling over that spac...Looks great Dan, boy was I drooling over that space! The garden, which is a very large area including many different sections, is tended to by the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture. I think they must reap some of the rewards and there is also a restaurant and butterfly conservatory on the property so maybe they consume some too.Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743102355360873845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4359929230952480074.post-38966626767320361492008-09-03T17:45:00.000-04:002008-09-03T17:45:00.000-04:00Wow that is an immaculate garden.
